Terms of Service

General Terms

- Although I draw many things, I do have a semi-realistic style. If you provide references of a character in a cartoon-ish, excessive proportions, or anime style, etc., be prepared to see your character in a different way.
- I can refuse edits (despite extra pay) If it seems odd or will spoil the image composition.
- I can refuse a commission request with or without explanation
- Payments will be handled by Paypal. A payment plan can be discussed for pieces that exceed $200USD but no more than three payments.
- As far as deadlines go, depending on the level of detail of what’s being asked, it will take 1 to 2 months. If more time is required or I’ve exceeded the usual turnaround window, I will inform you.
- A full refund can be provided due to force majeure, if we cannot find an agreement or other unique cases. However, if the work has been started, only a partial refund is available (i.e. the work is already half done, I can only provide a 50% refund)
- You are not allowed to change the final piece. No effects, color correction or paint over.
Do not use my artwork for NFT or upload to AI picture generators.
If you do share my art, please be sure to credit my website or other socials.
- Non-commercial use only. If you would like a piece for commercial use, please make it known before I start. This charge will be +50-100% of the total.
- If you would like me to refrain from posting your commission publicly, please make it known before I begin working.
- If you are unsure about something, or need a price quote, don’t be afraid to reach out!

What I Do and Don't Draw

Do:
- Humanoids: common humans to monstrous people expanding most any genre
- Monsters, Robots, Armor, aliens, etc.
- Fictional creatures
Some anthro (dragonborn, minotaur, most dnd races, races found in Star Wars). If you’re not sure if it fits the categories, please ask!
- Mild blood, gore, artistic nudity
Stylized portraitsDon’t:
- Most other anthro types (horse, sharks, canines, etc). There can be exceptions, so please ask!
- Bright and acidic colors (they may work as accents, but never the main color(s))
- NSFW and porn
- Fetishes
- Children
- Vehicles
- Complex architecture
- Political themes
